BIOGRAPHIE

Les origines du groupe Nirvana se situent à Aberdeen dans l'État de Washington vers 1985 sous le premier nom de Fecal Matter. Ses premiers membres sont Kurt Cobain (guitare et voix), Dale Crover (également batteur des Melvins, ici à la basse) et Greg Hokanson à la batterie. Ils enregistrent une démo fin 1985.Le groupe se sépare rapidement. Par la suite Kurt Cobain rejoint par son ami Krist Novoselic à la basse fonde plusieurs groupes éphémères avec différents batteurs dont Dale Crover qui joue sur la plupart de leurs premières démos.
