I know its hard tryin to put a song written for about 4mandolins and a guitar onto one instrument but here ya go anyway. The |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| thing is basically just Aminor with the 6ths and 7ths bein the mandolin notes. For the |D|D|D|D| thing, ya could play it (xx0235) to start off with, then play around with the A, G and F# on the high E string, to try and sound like the mandolin does on the record. Aswell as that, the 4 Aminors at the very start, and the Aminor with the E, D# and D bass notes could be arpeggiated like the CD. Anyway, here goes: The Battle of Evermore (Acoustic) Intro: |Am|Am|Am|Am| |Am/E|Am/E|Am/D#|Am/D#|Am/D|Am/D|Am/D#|Am/D#| x2 |C Em7| x4 Verse 1: ("The queen of light...") |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| x4 |D|D|D|D| |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| x2 |D|D|D|D| |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| x2 |D|D|D|D| |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| x2 Chorus 1: (I hear the horses thunder...") |Am7|D|Am7|D| |G7|C|G7|C| Verse 2: ("The apples of the valley hold....") |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| x4 |D|D|D|D| |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| x2 |D|D|D|D| |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| x2 |D|D|D|D| |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| x2 Chorus 2: ("Oh well, the night is long...") |Am7|D|Am7|D| |G7|C|G7|C| Verse 3: ("The pain of war cannot exceed...") |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| x4 |D|D|D|D| |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| x2 |D|D|D|D| |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| x2 |D|D|D|D| |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| x2 Chorus 3: ("At last the sun is shining....") |Am7|D|Am7|D| |G7|C|G7|C| Intro for the second time: |Am/E|Am/E|Am/D#|Am/D#|Am/D|Am/D|Am/D#|Am/D#| x2 |Em7| x8 Verse 4: ("Bring it back...") |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| x4 |D|D|D|D| |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| x2 |D|D|D|D| |Am6 Am Am7|Am6 Am| ? times to fade out.
