This song brought a tear to my eyes the first time I heard it...I think it
is one of the most moving songs I've ever heard.  I don't have the chords
down exact and I don't "do" tab...sitting here without a guitar I will try
to throw something on to the screen which should get you moving in the
right direction:

The Maker (G/ add a D note on the B string) of the universe (Fmaj7th)...

What a tear jerker! :-)  hey, sorry I don't have a guitar handy.  I'm sure
